Our Pre-Move planning phase will assist you in:


  • Sorting through belongings determining if items should be packed, purged or sold​.

  • Listing items to be sold, delivering donated items, or eliminating disposables and intensive cleaning.

​

  • Creating an overall, room-by-room packing and unpacking plan based on old and new property layout.

​​

  • Securing reputable vendors for: moving, storage, packing, cleaning, audio/visual services and any other needed.

  • Evaluating all third party bids to ensure overall project remains on budget.

​​Our Packing and Unpacking phase will consist of:


  • Creating a cohesive labelling system, while supervising handling and care of fragile, breakable, and priceless items.​

  • Managing loading and unloading process system, adhering to promised timeline, performing final walk through. 

​

  • Supervising unloading placement plan is being executed accurately while safe guarding fragile items.

​

  • Overseeing unpacking process following plan based on client's predetermined specifications.

​​

  • Hire professionals to hang art, televisions, and any other property that needs securing.

​

  • Removal of all material used in the transportation of items, boxes, blankets, packing materials etc.

​​

  • Final walkthrough to ensure client's comfort and satisfaction of unpacking, placement and final organization phase.
